Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice, and 48 hours on multiple services. Less notice will result in a charge in full of services reserved. Thank you for your consideration.

Scheduling
Our friendly Customer Service staff will help you to make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. In order to secure your preferred appointment times, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving.

Home Care Products
You can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using home care products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.  

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included with services and are appreciated, as we give our best effort to serve you. A service charge is required with any spa package during check out, and is passed directly to the technician(s).  

Punctuality
To insure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow you time to update your Client Profile, change into your robe and relax in our quiet lounge before your treatments begin. If you arrive late or at the exact time your treatment is scheduled to begin, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full service time.

Spa Amenities
Body Works Day Spa provides a locker room with spa robes, and sandals, as well as a comfortable lounge to relax in before and after your services. We ask that you turn off cellular phones, beepers and pagers and leave them at home or in your locker, so that you and our other clients can fully relax and enjoy their time at the spa.

Spa Parties and Events
Body Works Day Spa can accommodate groups of all sizes - from small spa parties with a few friends to corporate events. Please contact us and ask to speak with our event planner.  

Staff selection/changes
If you prefer a specific therapist, or feel you would be more comfortable or better served by a different staff member, please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and would be happy to accommodate you.  

Gift Cards
Body Works Day Spa Gift Cards are available at our front desk. Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount and may be used towards any service. We do want your business sooner then later; Gift Cards will expire one year from issue date, and we include a grace period passed expiration date of 30 days for gift giving purposes.  Gift Certificates can be purchased directly from our website. We do accept Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Way Spa Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.

Parking
Parking is available on the street in marked parking spaces. If you have any trouble finding parking, please make us aware so that we can assist you.

Children
Unfortunately, the spa cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 without parental consent.

Privacy Policy
Body Works Day Spa’s web servers collect non-identifying information of visitors to our web site. This information is aggregated to measure number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. Body Works Day Spa uses this information to measure the use of our site and to improve the content of our site.

Body Works Day Spa’s web site may contain links to others sites, and we make every effort to only link to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy. However, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by other sites.

Body Works Day Spa only collects personal information from our visitors on a voluntary basis. Personal information may include name, title, company, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc. Unless specifically stated, we do not require this information to obtain access to any part of our site. The personal information we collect is used by Body Works Day Spa only for the specific purpose for which it is submitted, as indicated on our web site.

We do not sell or rent or transmit personal information to other organizations.
